In case of rain, the tour can always continue. We have two covered boats and one open boat. We may need to shift the times to accommodate guests from the open boat on our covered boats. This always happens in consultation with the customer.

Due to the rules attached to our permit, we are not allowed to be moored at the quay for longer than a certain time. We will be present at the location at least 5 minutes before the agreed time.

Children up to 3 years old can sail for free. Special rates apply for children from 4 to 12 years old, depending on the arrangement. Normal rates apply for seniors or groups.

You can make an online reservation through our website www.haarlemcitytours.nl. If you can’t figure it out, you can contact us by phone to go through the reservation together. After the reservation, you will receive a confirmation.
