No, we do not have a guide on board as standard. However, with our products it is possible to choose this option. We can then arrange a guide for your tour for an additional fee.

All our boats have room for a wheelchair. Unfortunately we do not have a bridge or lift to get the wheelchair on board, but the skipper will always help if possible. We will work with the customer to find a suitable solution and boarding location to make this possible and easier.

Smoking is permitted on board, as long as it does not disturb other guests.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to take your pet on board.

Yes, certainly. We can decorate the boat in consultation. You will see various decoration options with our products. Indicate in the comments for which age or anniversary it concerns, and we will arrange this for you. Do you have creative ideas yourself and would you like to decorate the boat yourself? This is of course possible in consultation. We will only ask a small fee for being present earlier with the boat and the skipper.

We have several boarding locations. You can park at these locations.

In case of rain, the tour can always go ahead. We have two covered boats and one open boat. It is possible that we have to change the times to be able to receive guests from the open boat on our covered boats. This is always done in consultation with the customer.

In case of wind force 6 or higher, thunderstorms or storms, we guarantee the safety of the customer and our staff by moving the tour to another date in consultation. If moving is not possible, we will cancel the tour free of charge. If the tour can be moved to another date, the deposit will remain and the remaining payment will take place after the new planned date.

If you are prevented by serious circumstances, it is possible to cancel your tour free of charge 7 days in advance. Less than 7 days in advance we are unfortunately forced to charge the costs incurred.

At least 48 hours in advance. For our Silent Disco Cruise it is important to provide the exact number of people at least 7 days in advance. If this is not done within this time, we are forced to charge 50% of the arrangement price per person.

With our open tour boat we can sail through the canals as indicated below when boarding in Haarlem. With our covered boats it is unfortunately not possible to sail via the Nieuwe Gracht, Leidsevaart and back via the Gasthuissingel due to the height and low bridges. With our covered boats we sail over the Spaarne past the Droste factory, Molen de Adriaan, De Waag, Teylers Museum and more. Depending on the duration and boarding location of the trip we also sail over the Mooie Nel and past Spaarndam, Heemstede and Cruquius.

Due to the rules attached to our permit, we are not allowed to stay at the quay for longer than a certain time. We will be present at the location at least 5 minutes before the agreed time.

On the Haarlem waterways it is not allowed to play amplified music. We have built-in speakers on board on which a little background music can be played. The skipper will indicate where this can be turned up and down. It is not possible to bring your own speaker.

We only have one size adult life jackets on board for use in case of emergency. Children's life jackets must be provided by the customer.

Children up to 3 years old can sail for free. Special rates apply for children from 3 to 12 years old, depending on the package. Normal rates apply for seniors or groups.
