How can I book a boat tour?

You can easily book a cruise through our official website. Choose the desired cruise, select date and time, and complete your payment securely. You will receive an immediate confirmation by email.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the cruise. After that, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. The amount will be refunded within a few working days.

What happens when it rains?

Our boats are covered and protected from the rain, so most trips will go ahead. In extreme weather (such as storms or thunderstorms) the cruise may be cancelled, in which case you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.

Are food and drinks included?

Some theme cruises, such as the BBQ Cruise, Tapas Cruise or Borrel & Bites, include food and drinks. Other standard cruises allow you to buy drinks on board or book them in advance.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Yes, that is allowed on the “Bring Your Own” cruise. You can bring your own snacks, drinks or a complete picnic. On other cruises this is usually not allowed unless agreed in advance.

How long does the cruise last?

Most cruises last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the type of tour. Private tours or packages can last longer and are tailored to your needs.

Is there a toilet on board?

Some boats are equipped with a toilet, especially on longer trips or private tours. Please contact us if this is a requirement for your booking.

Can I rent a private boat for an event?

Sure! We offer private cruises for birthdays, company outings, bachelor parties or weddings. You can choose from different boats and packages. Everything is possible to measure.

Where is the boarding point for the boat tour?

The exact address of the boarding point is in your booking confirmation. We usually depart from the centre of Haarlem. We recommend using navigation.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before departure so that we can leave on time and you can board the boat in peace.

Can I take photos or videos on board?

Yes, please! Our boats and the canals provide a beautiful backdrop for photos. Don't forget to tag us on Instagram!
